Rubber vulcanization accelerator CZ/CBS, with the chemical name N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolyl disulfide, is a highly reactive post-acting semi-very fast accelerator featuring excellent anti-scorch properties, safe processing, and short vulcanization time. Adding alkaline accelerators such as thiazoles and dithiocarbamates can enhance its activity. It is suitable for various rubber types, with minimal discoloration and no bloom. Vulcanized rubber products exhibit strong aging resistance, tensile strength, and elongation strength, making them ideal for manufacturing tires, rubber shoes, cables, and other industrial rubber products. It is particularly suitable for compounds using furnace black, such as natural rubber, butyl rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, and EPDM rubber. Its characteristics include excellent anti-scorch performance, short vulcanization time, no bloom, aging resistance, and heat, crack, and wear resistance in finished products. It can be used alone as a vulcanization accelerator or in combination with other accelerators like D, DT, TT, and TS. It is employed in the production of general industrial goods such as tires, rubber belts, cables, and hoses.
