Stearyltrimethylammonium Chloride (Abbr: STAC / 1831, CAS:112-03-8,EINECS:203-929-1, HS Code:2923900000) is a white to light yellow flake, paste or aqueous solution, a cationic quaternary ammonium surfactant. Applications
Daily Chemical & Hair Care (Core Application)
Premium conditioning agent for hair conditioners, hair masks and leave-in care products. It forms a uniform protective film on hair surface, effectively reduces static electricity, improves wet and dry combability, and endows hair with long-lasting softness, smoothness and glossy appearance, widely used in high-end hair care formulations.
Textile Industry
High-performance fabric softener and antistatic agent for cotton, wool, silk and synthetic fabrics. It improves fabric softness and smoothness, reduces wrinkling and static adhesion, enhances fabric elasticity and wear resistance, and gives textiles comfortable and fluffy hand feel.
Emulsification & Dispersion
Used as cationic emulsifier for silicone oil, wax, asphalt and rubber. It stabilizes emulsion systems, improves dispersion uniformity, and is widely applied in leather finishing, paper coating and industrial emulsion production.
