Industrial Grade Anhydrous Calcium Chloride with standard CAS No.10043-52-4, chemical formula CaCl₂, is a highly efficient inorganic hygroscopic material manufactured through calcium carbonate and hydrochloric acid reaction, multi-stage evaporation concentration, high-temperature dehydration and pelletizing molding process. Our factory strictly controls dehydration temperature and impurity separation procedures to produce 94% high-purity spherical pellet anhydrous calcium chloride, which has become an essential chemical raw material for logistics dehumidification, highway deicing, oil field exploitation, refrigeration industry, building materials and environmental wastewater treatment sectors all over the world.

The finished product presents uniform white spherical prill pellets with smooth surface and low fine powder rate compared with flaky and powdery calcium chloride. The spherical particle structure provides larger contact area with air and liquid, bringing ultra-fast moisture absorption and dissolution speed. Its core characteristic is powerful permanent hygroscopicity; placed in closed containers, warehouses or shipping containers, it can continuously absorb water vapor in the air to prevent cargo mold, rust and damp damage, widely used as container desiccant for ocean transportation of electronic products, textiles and hardware parts.

When dissolved in water, anhydrous calcium chloride releases a large amount of dissolution heat, so it is the mainstream raw material of road snow melting and anti-freezing agent in cold regions. It can effectively lower the freezing point of water, quickly melt snow and ice on highways, airport runways and parking lots, and avoid secondary icing within a long period. In petroleum and natural gas drilling projects, it is added into drilling fluid to increase brine density, stabilize well wall, prevent underground water gushing and improve drilling safety and efficiency. For refrigeration and cold storage factories, anhydrous calcium chloride is formulated into circulating brine as low-temperature heat transfer medium, featuring stable freezing performance and low corrosion to metal pipelines.

In construction engineering, it acts as concrete antifreeze accelerator to accelerate cement hydration reaction, reduce freezing damage of concrete under low temperature construction environment and improve early strength of building structures. In industrial wastewater treatment, calcium chloride serves as inorganic flocculant to precipitate phosphate, fluoride and heavy metal ions in wastewater, helping enterprises reach discharge standards. Besides, it can be used as drying agent for gas production, dust suppression agent for mine roads and raw material of food processing auxiliary agent after further purification.
