CMC (Sodium CMC) is a water-soluble cellulose derivative. It is produced from corn raw materials through impregnation, fragmentation, separation, purification and drying to form powder. The powder is off-white with whiteness ≥92% and pure odor. It owns excellent performance of thickening, suspending, film-forming and stabilizing. Widely used in food, medicine, papermaking, starch deep processing, metallurgy and foundry industries.
