Ingredients	The main ingredient of this product is acitretin. Chemical name: all-trans-9-(4-methoxy-2,3,6-trimethylphenyl)-3,7-dimethyl 2,4,6,8-nonatetraenoic acid Molecular weight: C21H26O3
Indication	It is contraindicated to use it with vitamin A or other retinoids to avoid hypervitaminosis A. Investigations have found that this drug does not affect the binding of coumarin anticoagulants to proteins. When this drug and phenytoin are used at the same time, this drug will partially reduce the binding of the latter to proteins. It has been reported that the combined use of methotrexate and Tigason (active ingredient is acitretin ester) can lead to an increased risk of hepatitis, so methotrexate and this drug are contraindicated to be used together. Since both this drug and tetracycline can cause increased intracranial pressure, the two drugs must not be used together. So far, no interaction has been found between this drug and other substances (such as digoxin, cimetidine, oral contraceptives, etc.). Micro-dose pre-pregnancy liposterone preparations may interact with acitretin and reduce contraceptive effectiveness. Therefore, micro-dose pre-pregnancy liposterone preparations should not be used.
