Synthesized with the intermediate o-allyl glycidoxybenzene and sodium boron hydrogen, ammonia, acetone, hydrogen chloride as raw materials to obtain Xindeshu hydrochloride.

Alprenlol Hydrochloride acts as a β-adrenergic blocking agent against arrhythmia.
