C.I. Disperse Blue 301 Use and Manufacturing
Using 2, 4-dinitro-6-bromoaniline as the diazonium component, the diazotization and coupling component N, N-bis(methoxyethylamino)-2-methoxy-5-acetyl Aminobenzene coupling product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained. There are two methods for the synthesis of coupling components. Method 1: p-nitrochlorobenzene method. Method 2: 2, 4-Dinitrochlorobenzene method. Finally, the diazonium component is diazotized and coupled with the coupling component to obtain the product.
Disperse Blue S-3GL is used for dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics and direct printing of polyester fabrics. It has good dyeing depth and poor level dyeing. It is the main dye for deep navy blue. It can be mixed with disperse yellow brown H2RL, disperse ruby 2GFL, disperse scarlet HBGL, and has good compatibility. It can also be dyed with cellulose acetate.
