Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2-aminophenol-4-sulfonamide and acetoacetanilide as raw materials, the former is firstly diazotized, then coupled with the latter, complexed with cobalt chloride, filtered, and dried to obtain the finished product.

Uses

Neutral dark yellow GL is mainly used for the dyeing of wool, silk and nylon in neutral or weak acid dyeing baths, and the dyeing of vinylon in neutral dyeing baths. It is also used for the direct printing of wool, silk and nylon fabrics. When used in the same bath dyeing of wool and other fibers, the nylon is dark and red, the silk is slightly lighter, and the cotton, viscose fiber, and diacetate fiber do not stain. Can also be used for leather dyeing.
