Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2-aminobenzothiazole and N, N-dimethylaniline as the main raw materials, first diazotize 2-aminobenzothiazole with nitrosyl sulfuric acid (NOHSO4) at low temperature, and then diazotize with N, N-di Methylaniline is coupled, then methylated with dimethyl sulfate, zinc chloride is salted, filtered and dried to obtain the product.

Uses

Cationic Violet 3BL is mainly used for acrylic dyeing, and the shade is red with heavier blue. It is also used for the dyeing of diacetate fiber and acrylic fiber and the direct printing of diacetate fiber fabric.
