Sulphur Green14 Use and Manufacturing
Using phthalocyanine blue as a raw material, firstly chlorosulfonate the phthalocyanine blue with chlorosulfonic acid and thionyl chloride, and then add iron powder and thiourea to reduce and add sulfur. Finally, the finished product is filtered, neutralized, filtered, dried and crushed.
Bright green sulfide is mainly used for dyeing cotton, hemp, viscose fiber and its fabrics. It has bright color, good level dyeing and excellent dyeing fastness. It can replace vat dyes within a certain range.
