Description

Didox has been used in trials studying the supportive care of Gastric Cancer.|Didox is a ribonucleotide reductase inhibitor with activity against retroviruses. Didox inhibits retrovirus replication by depleting the deoxynucleotides obligatory for synthesis of the proviral DNA intermediate of retrovirus replication.
