Description

Solid

Solid

GTP is a guanosine 5'-phosphate and a purine ribonucleoside 5'-triphosphate. It has a role as an Escherichia coli metabolite, a mouse metabolite and an uncoupling protein inhibitor. It is a conjugate acid of a GTP(3-).|Guanosine Triphosphate is a purine nucleotide triphosphate comprised of a guanine and a triphosphate moiety bound to a ribose moiety at its 1' and 5' sites, respectively. Guanosine triphosphate (GTP) can be utilized as a substrate for nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) synthesis, as an energy source for protein synthesis and gluconeogenesis, and as a signaling molecule.|Guanosine 5'-(tetrahydrogen triphosphate). A guanine nucleotide containing three phosphate groups esterified to the sugar moiety.

GTP Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Fermentation with GMP as raw material, degumming, adsorption 12.5 kg potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.2 kg magnesium chloride, 2.5 kg glucose, 170 kg yeast. Incubate the yeast at 28-30°C, adjust the pH to 7 with sodium hydroxide, and ferment for 4 hours. The yeast begins to precipitate, and the yeast is filtered to remove the enzyme solution. Dissolve GMP with water into a 8%-10% solution, add 9 times the enzyme solution, and ferment at 28-30°C and pH 7 for about 3 hours, and filter at the end of the reaction. Add 2% diatomaceous earth to the filtrate. Stir and filter, and the filtrate is diluted with water to a GTP concentration of 0.3%, and is adsorbed by a strongly basic quaternary ammonium type I anion exchange resin column (717). CMP[Yeast]→[pH7, 28-30℃] Fermentation broth [Diatomaceous earth]→Filtrate[717 resin]→Adsorbent elution, re-adsorb the resin adsorbent with 0.04-0.07mol/L sodium chloride solution and 0.04-0.07mol/L hydrochloric acid is eluted, and the eluate is adsorbed again with 717 resin. Adsorbent [sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid] → eluent [717 resin] → adsorbent elution, decolorization, precipitation, drying secondary resin adsorbent first use 0.04-0.07mol/L sodium chloride and 0.01mol/L The eluate is eluted with 0.5-1 mol/L sodium chloride solution. The eluate is eluted with a small amount of activated carbon and diatomaceous earth and stirred for 40 minutes. The filtrate is added with 3 times the amount of ethanol, and the filter cake Washing with absolute ethanol and absolute ether, and vacuum drying to obtain the finished product of sodium guanosine triphosphate. Adsorbent [sodium chloride] → eluent [activated carbon, diatomaceous earth] → [40min] eluent [ethanol] → GTP [anhydrous ethanol, anhydrous ether] → GTP-Na.

Uses

It is used for adjuvant treatment of chronic hepatitis, progressive muscular atrophy, vision loss and other diseases.
