Distill, the liquid temperature is 110°C and vacuum evaporation until it can't be steamed, cool to 60°C, add ethanol, stir and precipitate for 1h, separate the lower layer of lanolin, add ethanol, heat and stir for 10min, discard the ethanol, and evaporate the ethanol under reduced pressure. Spun silk cloth is filtered to obtain medicinal lanolin. Neutralized phenyl fat [H2O2, ethanol, 60°C] → refined phenyl fat [ethanol, 110°C] → finished lanolin.
