Methods of Manufacturing

Using benzoxanthone as a raw material, potassium hydroxide, sodium acetate, and sodium nitrite are added to a butanol medium for condensation, and then oxidized with manganese dioxide in sulfuric acid to close the ring, and then undergo methylation after reduction to obtain the product. Finally, the finished product is obtained by pickling separation, boiling, drying and crushing.

Uses

Mainly used for dyeing and printing cotton fabrics, but also for polyester/cotton dyeing and plastic coloring
