Basic Red 14 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using N-methyl aniline and triples as the main raw materials, first N-methyl aniline is cyanoethylated and aldehyde grouped to obtain N-methyl-N-(β-cyanoethyl) aminobenzaldehyde, and then It is condensed with three times division, salted, filtered and dried to obtain the product. Add 42.2kg of triplex (90%) into the mixer, stir for 10min, then add 30.5kg phosphoric acid (85%) and 5.5kg oxalic acid, stir for another 10min, then add 41.4kg N-methyl-N-(β- Cyanoethyl)aminobenzaldehyde (100%), continue to stir for 10 minutes, shovel off the part of the material that sticks to the tower wall, add 500kg of leveling agent, heat in a jacketed water bath, stir for 1 hour, and wait until the material becomes blue loose Dry to get 103-107kg dye.

Uses

Mainly used for dyeing of acrylic loose fibers, fiber strips, and acrylic fleece
