Description
It appears as colorless to white crystalline powder, being odorless with a strong sweetness which is about 150 times that of the sucrose; the flavor properties are similar as that of saccharin. It has bitter at high concentrations and has a good mixing property with sugar alcohols and sucrose, etc., being stable as well. Acesulfame Use and Manufacturing
The product has a strong sweet taste, the sweetness is about 130 times that of sucrose, and its taste is similar to that of saccharin. It has a bitter taste at high concentration. It is non-hygroscopic, stable at room temperature, and has good mixing with sugar alcohol, sucrose, etc. As a non-nutritive sweetener, it can be widely used in various foods. According to my country~"s GB2760-90 regulations, it can be used for liquids, solid beverages, ice cream, cakes, jams, pickles, candied fruit, gumdrops, and tabletop sweeteners, with a maximum usage of 3g/kg. Can be used as a sweetener in food, medicine, etc.
