Guizhou: 49 coal mines with a capacity of 5.4 million tons

Guizhou Energy Bureau recently released the list of the third batch of coal mines to be closed in 2020, involving 9 coal mines with a total capacity of 2.55 million tons. Since 2020, the list of three batches of coal mines to be closed released in Guizhou Province shows that 49 coal mines have been withdrawn, with a total capacity of 5.4 million tons. Among them, there are 11 coal mines with an annual output of 90000 tons, 28 coal mines with an annual output of 150000 tons, 2 coal mines with an annual output of 210000 tons, 5 coal mines with an annual output of 300000 tons and 2 coal mines with an annual output of 450000 tons. From the above data, it can be seen that the coal mines to be closed are mainly small ones with backward production capacity. According to the announcement issued by Guizhou Energy Bureau, as of March 31, there are 254 legally produced coal mines in Guizhou Province, with a total capacity of 135.47 million tons / year.

Among them, there are 120 coal mines of 300000 t / A, 80 coal mines of 450000 T / A and 54 coal mines of 450000 T / A and above. Compared with the same period last year, the number of coal mines in production in Guizhou Province decreased by 161, and the production capacity decreased by 19.7 million tons / year. According to the opinions on eliminating backward production capacity and accelerating transformation and upgrading of coal industry issued by the people's Government of Guizhou Province, Guizhou Province will make use of industrial policies such as capacity replacement, merger and reorganization, actively strive for national awards and supplementary funds, increase financial support at the provincial level, and gradually eliminate and exit coal mines below 300000 tons / year. By 2020, all coal mines in the province will be 300000 tons / year or above, of which large and medium-sized coal mines account for more than 80% of the production capacity, and strive to achieve the scale of a single main coal mining enterprise group of more than 3 million tons / year.
