ZTHC Energy realizes industrial production of non-woven special polypropy
On 15th, ZTHC Energy adopted the new process hydrogen adjustment method to realize the industrial production of polypropylene resin PPH-Y40 (S2040H) for non-woven fabric for the first time, with an output of 40 tons per hour.
In the research and development of new products, the company found that the difference in fusion index between the polypropylene fist product K8003 and the newly launched K7726H in March was relatively large. The products between the melt index of these two brands are used as special materials for Eisai non-woven polypropylene, which are in short supply in the market. Zhongtian Hechuang consciously assumes its social responsibility for epidemic prevention, acts immediately, organizes meticulously, and takes advantage of the technical team to accelerate the development of new products. The technicians overcame the problems of high risk in the trial production process and the difficulty of developing new products. They closely followed the scene and worked closely together to finally develop the product.
The difference between this product and the non-woven special polypropylene resin PPH-Y40 (S2040) on the market lies in the process. The S2040H product has changed the original additive degradation method and adopted the new process hydrogen adjustment method. It has the characteristics of no odor and low cost. It is the most demanding polypropylene product on the market at present, and the economic benefit is very considerable. In the next step, the company will closely track the user's usage, timely understand the information feedback problems, further improve user needs, and enhance the market competitiveness of products.
