GNT bright orange rich color food new: powder and oil dispersion
GNT Group has launched two new powdered and oil-dispersible forms of Exberry rich color food Brilliant Orange.
The new product is made from paprika and carrots and provides solutions for a range of applications.
Exberry Shade bright orange powder is an oil-soluble and water-dispersible product with a wide range of applications, including non-aerated confectionery, baked goods and salty products. Oil dispersible Exberry Shade Brilliant Orange Intense is suitable for composite coatings, spray oil seasonings and other fat-based applications.
The new product is not affected by pH, and has good light and thermal stability and a long shelf life. They are 100% plant-based products, which are halal and kosher certified and do not contain any chemical solvents. Therefore, they provide an ideal clean label alternative for artificial colors and additives such as carmine, β-carotene and paprika extract.
Sonja Scheffler, GNT Product Manager, said: "By providing products in liquid form, we can help manufacturers provide bright orange for a variety of food and beverage applications."
Exberry rich color foods are made by mild physical methods such as chopping, heating and filtering of fruits, vegetables and edible plants. They retain the characteristics of raw materials and do not selectively extract concentrates.
