LANXESS: Changes at the Top of the Supervisory Board
Dr. Rolf Stomberg will resign as a member and chairman of the Supervisory Board following the May 15, 2018 stockholder’s meeting, LANXESS said.

The new chairman will be elected by the Supervisory Board at its constituent, first meeting after the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting in 2018.
Pamela Knapp, 60, is expected to be promoted as a new member to the Supervisory Board for LANXESS. Her election will be recommended to stockholders at the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on May 15, 2018.
