Recently, the Italian Ministry of Health issued another emergency recall document, saying that multiple batches of products were recalled due to the possible risk of listeria contamination in Poseidon brand smoked salmon slices.

Italy's Fanpage reported that following Wurstel sausage, Gli Allegri Sapori brand salmon mayonnaise sandwich and Bernard Jarnoux Crêpier brand chocolate pancakes, Sapor di Cascina brand high-quality cooked ham, Veroni brand Italian sausage, Sødergå After rden brand Nordic cod cake, SA.MO. SRL brand soft salami and other products have been urgently recalled due to the risk of listeria infection, the Italian Ministry of Health once again sounded a new alarm on the 9th that "Poseidon brand smoked salmon slices have the risk of Listeria contamination".

According to documents from the Italian Ministry of Health, the recalled products were manufactured and marketed by Sofia S.r.l. in the city of Pianooro, Bologna. The reason for the recall is that the microbiological testing of the product is not up to standard, and there is a risk of Listeria contamination.

The specific recall information is as follows:

- Poseidon brand smoked salmon slices (Ritagli Salmone Affumicato pronti da cucinare), 150 grams, batches: 22248E-SOLA-1995, 22248E-SOLA-2092, 22248E-SOLA-2094, shelf life until December 12, 2022, December 10, 2022, respectively, December 12, 2022.

The Ministry of Health advises consumers who have purchased the above products not to consume them and return the products to the point of sale.
