Total investment of ¥3 billion, Fengshan's Yichang base under construction

On Dec 20, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony of Fengshan’s new material project was held in Baiyang Industrial Park, Yichang High-tech Zone, Hubei Province. 

Fengshan will focus on the Benzyl chloride project, which covers an area of 504 mu, and extend downstream to develop fine chemical intermediates which can be applied in new pharmaceutical, pesticides and dyes to further enrich the company's product line, improve the competitiveness of related product chain and enhance the company's profitability. The project plans to build MES system to realize the digital management of the whole process of manufacturing from raw material procurement, production to sales. It uses international first-line brand monitoring equipment to improve the intrinsic safety level and we will introduce advanced equipment and technology in the environmental protection industry to realize recycling and cleaner production

At the event, Yin Ping, president of Fengshan, delivered a warm speech. She said, " In Fengshan, a new material project with a total investment of ¥3 billion will be officially launched, and a modern enterprise and garden-style factory will be built. This is an important transformation of Fengshan on the path of high-quality development, which is of milestone significance. We will strive to build a 'safe, green, digital and harmonious' modern factory with high starting point planning, high standard design, high speed construction and high quality operation, and strive to be a benchmark enterprise in the industry.”
