According to the commodity market analysis system, the price of isopropanol in China fell this week. At the beginning of the week, the average price of isopropanol in China was 5,591.67 CNY/ton, and by the end of the week, it had decreased to 5,525 CNY/ton, a decline of 1.19%.

This week, the isopropyl alcohol market prices in China have slightly decreased. Currently, the trading situation within the market is average, with a relatively weak purchasing atmosphere from downstream buyers and limited new orders. The transaction focus is shifting towards the lower end, with cautious actual transactions. As of now, most quotes for isopropyl alcohol in Shandong region are around 5,400-5,500 CNY/ton; in Jiangsu region, the majority of quotes are around 5,500-5,600 CNY/ton.

Chemical subgroup isopropanol analyst believes: This week, the market price of isopropanol in China has fallen, with moderate demand from downstream sectors, a cold inquiry atmosphere in the market, and a tendency for transactions to focus on the lower end. It is expected that in the short term, the market will mainly undergo a weak consolidation, with close attention being paid to the operational movements of major manufacturers.
