Jiaxing PC Shuts PTA Unit for Turnaround
Jiaxing PC already shut half of its 2.2 million PTA units for turnaround.
Shanghai Jinshan PC is restarting the 400kta PTA unit.
Pengwei plans to shut the 900kta PTA plant for two-month turnaround at the end of the month. Its upstream PX unit will be shut around Apr 10.
