Amfico Agencies to Partner With Advanced Polymer Coating of US at Chemspec 2018
At the Chemspec India 2018 trade fair to be held in Mumbai from April 25-26, Amfico Agencies Pvt. Ltd. will again exhibit its wide range of products and services for the chemical industry, including the ChemLine brand of high performance coatings from US-based Advanced Polymer Coatings.
Mumbai-based Amfico is part of the K.B. Cooper Group of Companies that specialises in handling chemicals and liquid cargoes in bulk vessels, tank containers, IBCs, and other types of specialised containers, as well as allied services. The company represents international firms to provide smooth entry into India’s industrial markets.
Amfico Agencies officials had recently attended the Advanced Polymer Coatings’ ‘Global Tank Container Summit’ in the USA to sign a new agreement for APC’s ChemLine tank lining system. The summit featured APC’s key worldwide partner applicators who specialise in applying ChemLine linings for tank containers.
The summit had covered a range of industry and product topics on tank lining successes, customer and industry requirements, changing regulations, goals, worldwide marketing & promotion work, and application and quality control procedures. There was also a review of the growing demand for specialised tank containers with high performance protective linings to carry high value corrosives and other liquids. These key ChemLine messages will be delivered by Mr. Farhad K. Cooper, Managing Director, Amfico Agencies, and his sales & marketing team during Chemspec 2018 event.
“India’s chemical market is continuing to grow on an annual basis. Our local industries need tank containers with superior protective linings such as ChemLine that can handle corrosive chemicals. The ChemLine coating system also has many other applications for corrosion protection, including other types of transportation equipment, and at chemical processing facilities, tank storage depots, and power generating plants. We look forward to a successful Chemspec 2018 trade fair to tell this valuable story,” commented Mr. Cooper.
