The supply shrinks and the price of titanium concentrate hits a three-year high!
According to Baichuan Information, recently, mining companies in major titanium concentrate producing areas in Panzhihua, Yunnan and other areas have collectively raised their ex-factory prices by 50-100 CNY/ton, of which the price of 46 grade 10 mines rose to 1625 CNY/ton, an increase of over 30% over the same period last year. , Setting a new high in nearly three years since the beginning of November 2017.
Affected by the epidemic, the output of overseas mainstream titanium ore manufacturers declined. Domestically, environmental protection requirements will not be released in the short term, and it is difficult for titanium ore to increase production in a short time. As the demand for titanium ore from downstream development increases, it is expected to support further increases in the price of titanium ore.
