The supply of pure MDI is extremely tight, DMF rose 10%
Yesterday (October 22) DMF rose by 500 CNY/ton, and today it continues to rise by 10%. On-site supply is tight. The price has continued to rise since July. The average price in the first half of the year was 5,000 yuan, which has now risen by 100%. The market is cautious and wait-and-see, demand is fair. As the temporary tightening of goods is difficult to change, it is expected that prices still have room for upward movement. Need to pay attention to the follow-up supply and demand situation.
The market price in East China today is 10,700-10,850 yuan, an increase of 1,100 CNY/ton from yesterday.
Pure MDI
At the beginning of the week, the market rose sharply. As of yesterday, the market price was still strong. The current market supply is extremely tight, and manufacturers have "fractured" supplies or closed orders. The downstream is in conflict with high prices, and the only need to purchase is the main thing. Dealers are out of stock or waiting for the opportunity. The average market price of pure MDI today has not changed much from yesterday, and the quotations are more chaotic. Follow-up needs to continue to pay attention to the dynamics of supply and demand.
The market price in East China today is 35,000-36,000 yuan, an increase of 500 CNY/ton from yesterday.
Aggregate MDI
Recently, the market is still operating strongly, with manufacturers offering discounts or closing stocks. Today, BASF raised the listing price by 2,000 yuan to 22,000 CNY/ton. To support the market, the market is mostly bullish. The downstream is slightly resistant to high prices, and the only need to purchase is mainly, the upstream is covering the goods, and low prices are hard to find. The average price of today's aggregate MDI market has not changed much from yesterday. Follow-up needs to continue to pay attention to supply and demand dynamics.
The market price in East China today is 21,400-22,000 yuan, an increase of 200 CNY/ton from yesterday.
TDI
This week, the market is running smoothly. Manufacturers are in the market, downstream are in conflict, and demand is relatively sluggish. Follow-up needs to continue to pay attention to the supply and demand dynamics and the end of the factory policy.
Today's East China market price is 1,6000-17,000 yuan, the same as yesterday.
