Synthomer Adjusts Prices for Vinyl Acetate Containing Dispersions

Synthomer is increasing its prices for vinyl acetate containing dispersions and re-dispersible polymer powders produced in Europe. Prices will be raised by six percent for dispersions and eight percent for powders with effect from June 1, 2018 or as contract terms allow.
The price increase is necessary to recover margins to sustainable levels and ensure continuous high levels of investments in our products, processes, plants and services.
Emultex vinylic co-polymer Dispersions are enhancing functionality in architectural paints, intumescent coatings, technical textiles, adhesives and sealants. Axilat re-dispersible powders are improving the performance of dry mix mortars and construction chemicals.
