Lianhong Xinke plans to raise 2.02 billion yuan for the construction of integrated projects including 300,000 tons of PO
Recently, Lianhong New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. announced that Lianhong New Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, expected to raise no more than 2.02 billion yuan, all for the construction of new energy materials and biodegradable materials integration project.
It is reported that the project is located in Tengzhou Lunan high-tech chemical Industrial Park. Newly built by Lianhong Gerun, a holding subsidiary, the project covers 1.3 million tons/year DMTO unit (methanol to olefin unit), 200,000 tons/year EVA unit, 300,000 tons/year PO unit, 50,000 tons/year PPC unit, supporting public works and auxiliary production facilities, etc.
Lianhong Xinke will focus on the green and low-carbon direction of the layout, several business plates. EVA is one of the core raw materials in the upstream of the photovoltaic industry chain, which is highly dependent on overseas imports. The main purpose of EVA project layout of the company is to increase the production capacity of photovoltaic rubber film material, help improve the self-sufficiency of the core raw materials of the domestic photovoltaic industry, and help realize the goal of "double carbon". The PO project is designed to meet the company's raw material requirements for biodegradable material PPC and specialty fine materials. As an environmentally friendly new biodegradable material, PPC is an ideal disposable thin film material. Its main raw materials are carbon dioxide and PO. The implementation of PPC project is conducive to the effective use of carbon dioxide and the reduction of carbon emission.
Lianhong Xinke said that in the future, it will focus on consumption upgrading and industrial upgrading, continue to focus on the direction of new materials, adhere to the development concept of low-carbon, green and sharing, adhere to innovation driven, adhere to the high-end, differentiated and refined route, focus on the layout of new material "bottleneck" field, and create a new material platform enterprise. To form a leading industrial cluster in several subdivisions of new materials, and to become a benchmark enterprise in the field of new materials.
