Titanium dioxide faucet was ordered to correct!
Recently, because the letter is not standard, Shenzhen Stock Exchange to Jinpu titanium issued a regulatory letter. Previously, Jinpu titanium industry has been ordered to correct the Jilin Securities Regulatory Bureau.
The Shenzhen Stock Exchange pointed out that according to the Decision on Jinpu Titanium Industry Co., LTD. (Decision (2023) No.3) issued by Jilin Securities Regulatory Bureau, the Annual Special Audit Report of Funds occupied by Related Parties disclosed by Jinpu Titanium Industry on April 29, 2022 was not standard. The summary statement of non-operating funds occupied and fund transactions of other related parties in 2021 only discloses the principal balance of factoring receivable by related parties at the end of the period, and does not include the amount of uncollected interest.
Jinpu Titanium Industry corrected this and disclosed the Announcement on the Correction of the Summary Table of non-operational Fund Occupation and Other Related Fund Transactions in 2021 on March 2, 2023. The announcement showed that the total amount of error disclosed in the "cumulative amount of repayment in 2021" was 20,224,200 yuan. The total disclosed error amount of "balance of funds occupied at the end of 2021" is RMB 1,885,400.
According to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Jinpu's actions violated the provisions of Article 1.4 and 2.1.1 of the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (2022 Amendment). I hope that Jinpu Titanium Industry and all the directors, supervisors and senior management personnel learn lessons, timely rectification, to prevent the recurrence of the above problems.
