Adama announced that it had exercised a right to acquire the 40% of Adama Chile, formerly Chile Agro. Adama made an initial investment in Chile Agro in 2013, buying a 60% stake

Adama  is focused on the development, production and commercialization of plant bionutrition and agrochemicals, including the triple-acting biostimulant ExpertGrow®, which increases the yield of a wide range of fruits, vegetables and soybeans, is based on a unique fermentation process developed by Adama that improves plant photosynthesis and reduces abiotic stress.
