According to sources, China’s top 2-tier gas corporate ENN Group’s 3 Mtpa Zhoushan Terminal is expected to receive its first LNG cargo for cooldown and commissioning run in July, and the terminal is likely to enter commercial operation from August 2018.

ENN has signed several LNG import contracts with many suppliers in advance for its terminal. The company signed a 10-year LT contract with Chevron for 0.65 Mtpa via ten shipments per annum, another 10-year LT contract with Total for 0.5 Mtpa. Meanwhile, there is a 5-year MT contract with Origin Energy for 0.28 Mtpa. Moreover, ENN may fill the flexibility with some extra spot cargoes as heard.

ENN Zhoushan Terminal is the third and largest non-NOC LNG import receiving terminal in China, after Jovo Dongguan and Guanghui Qidong. It is also the second terminal installed in 2018, after Sinopec Tianjin.
