Juhua Stock 10000 tons/year PVDF project (Phase II) completion acceptance
Recently, Juhua Group official website published Zhejiang Juhua Co., LTD. 10kt/a PVDF project (Phase II) completion environmental protection acceptance monitoring report.
According to the monitoring report, this acceptance project is 10kt/aPVDF project (Phase II), the construction site is located in the electrochemical factory of Zhejiang Juhua Co., LTD., and the main construction contents are as follows: Suspension polymerization 7.5kt/aPVDF, supporting VDF monomer 7kt/a, the products include solar backplane film level, wire and cable, injection grade, water treatment film level, lithium battery binder level, etc.
It is understood that the acceptance of the project started construction in April 2019, and completed in September 2022. According to the test, the output of PVDF on November 17, 2022 was 19.5 tons, and the production load was 86.7%. On November 18, 2022, the output of PVDF was 19.7 tons and the production load was 87.6%.
The report shows that the project has carried out environmental impact assessment, environmental approval procedures are complete, and basically implemented the requirements and regulations of environmental impact assessment and environmental protection authorities. The environmental protection facilities and the main project have been designed, constructed and put into operation at the same time. At the same time, during the construction of the project, the environmental management system related to the national construction project was implemented, and the corresponding environmental protection management files and rules and regulations were established. The 10kt/aPVDF project (Phase II) of Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. implements the "three simultaneous" regulations of environmental protection during construction, provides complete materials for acceptance inspection, implements environmental protection facilities and measures, and the monitoring indicators meet the requirements of discharge standards and meet the requirements of environmental protection acceptance upon completion of construction projects.
