Syngenta and Aphea.Bio have teamed up to launch ACTIV, a new wheat biostimulant, in Europe that could boost production

Syngenta and Aphea.Bio have entered into a new partnership aimed at accelerating the introduction of bioseed treatment technology to several European countries over the next five years, pending regulatory approval.

ACTIV is a biostimulant based on beneficial microorganisms for wheat seed treatment. ACTIV can increase yields by up to 5% by improving nutrient efficiency of crops. The launch of ACTIV will provide European farmers with the technology they need to address the challenges posed by increasingly limited product availability and changing consumer demands.
