As one of the few listed titanium dioxide (TiO2) companies in China, ALTANA is primarily engaged in the research, production, and sales of TiO2 products. Its main products include rutile-type TiO2 and anatase-type TiO2, among other series of products, and it has a certain market share in some medium to high-end application areas.
ALTANA stated that during the reporting period, the TiO2 market was still in the process of slow recovery, with a significant year-on-year decline in product prices. Compared to the end of last year, prices have slightly increased but remained at a low level. During this period, the company focused on optimizing its marketing structure, improving product quality, and strengthening cost reduction and efficiency management to enhance its internal competitiveness.
In terms of marketing, the company adopted a market-oriented approach and actively adjusted its marketing strategies. It expanded its marketing channels based on the development characteristics of the TiO2 market, intensified efforts in export and end customer development, and optimized its distributor structure. The overall customer structure was further optimized in terms of direct end customers, exports, and distributors.
