2. Synthesis of iron iii hexacyanoferrate ii

Pump the sodium ferrocyanide solution into the reaction kettle, fully stirring, maintain the temperature at 70-75 ℃, and add the ferrous sulfate solution. Add the quantitative ferrous sulfate solution into the above solution within 20 minutes. The temperature is needed to heat up to about 95℃, hot cooking for 50 minutes, then it becomes a white pulp. The sodium in the white pulp is replaced by ammonium by adding a quantitative amount of ammonium sulfate. Add sulfuric acid to the white pulp and keep the temperature at 95℃ for 2.5 hours.

 

Then cool down the temperature to about 70℃ with cold water. Add potassium chloride and stir for 2 hours, so that ferrous iron is oxidized to high-valent iron blue pulp. After the reaction of the blue pulp and the temperature is dropped to about 50℃, the zinc naphthenate solution is slowly added and stirred for 2.5 hours. Then filter the seriflux by pumping the plate and frame, and wash away the water-soluble salt such as sulfur salt with water. The filter cake can be released, and dry in a drying oven below 85℃. The dried iron blue block is screened by 60 mesh, so the finished product of iron iii hexacyanoferrate ii is made.

 

Step deposition method of iron iii hexacyanoferrate ii thin film
