A：In accordance with the company's strategy, the company's pesticide business has established warehousing, distribution and sales network services covering the main grain producing areas of the country and South China, and has high-quality solid supply channels and stable and extensive sales channels. The sales volume and profit of pesticide business have maintained double growth for 12 consecutive years, and the annual sales volume of pesticide preparations exceeds 3 billion yuan, ranking among the top three in the country.

At present, the wholly-owned subsidiary RMF’s 2,000 t/a of Chlorantraniliprole and intermediates project construction is steadily advancing, is expected to be officially put into production next year.

This project is located in Bengbu, Anhui fine chemical high-tech industrial base; The total investment of the project is 943.2 million yuan, of which 15.5 million yuan is invested in environmental protection, accounting for 1.61% of the total investment. After the completion of the project, it will achieve an annual output of 2,000 tons of Chlorantraniliprole and intermediates, and is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 2 billion yuan and annual profits and taxes of 280 million yuan. In the future, it will promote the fine chemical agglomeration area of Huaishang District to further form a pesticide industry chain. Gradually form a benchmarking industrial cluster with the development and production of efficient biopesticides and the processing of environmentally friendly preparations as the industrial chain.

The project selected 2,3-Dichloropyridine as the starting material, which was synthesized through five steps of amination, cyclization, bromination, oxidation and alkaline hydrolysis to obtain K-acid --3-BroMo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid, and purchased K-amine (2-amino-3-methyl-5-chlorobenzamide) from outside. Chlorantraniliprole was synthesized by the coupling of K acid and K amine. The project covers an area of about 235 mu, divided into two phases of construction, the first phase of the main construction of office and living areas, Chlorantraniliprole and intermediate production workshop and the corresponding auxiliary production equipment, storage and storage facilities, service facilities and environmental protection facilities; The second phase mainly constructs Class A workshop and corresponding auxiliary production equipment.
