China has added a new pesticide product for the production of lentils

 On May 21, Shanghai Yuelian’s 19.4% Emamectin Benzoate · Chlorantraniliprole OD product was approved for expansion of registration in China.

The newly registered crop and control object is Etiella zinckenella . It is recommended to use 9-15 ml per mu, add 40-50 kg of water, spray once, the safety interval is 5 days, and use up to once per season during the peak stage of egg hatching to the young larva stage. This is the first time that the two active ingredients of Emamectin Benzoate and Chlorantraniliprole have been registered on Chinese lentils. The registration certificate holder reminds that the above products need to be verified before they are used on lentils. 

GB 2763-2021 stipulates that the maximum residue limit standard of Emamectin Benzoate in legumes and vegetables (including lentils) is 0.015 mg/kg, and the maximum residue limit standard of Chlorantraniliprole in edible legumes and vegetables (including lentils) is 0.8 mg/kg (provisional limit).
