Lingke Pharmaceuticals Presents Promising Phase II Clinical Results of Selective JAK1 Inhibitor LNK01001 for Rheumatoid Arthritis at ACR 2023 Annual Meeting

Lingke Pharmaceuticals (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lingke Pharmaceuticals") recently announced that the results of Phase II clinical trials for LNK01001, their highly selective JAK1 inhibitor for the treatment of moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), were presented at the 2023 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) Annual Meeting. Following the inclusion of LNK01001 Phase II clinical results in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients as a significant abstract at the ACR Annual Meeting, we were honored to be invited to present the Phase II clinical results of LNK01001 for RA in a poster session at the 2023 meeting in San Diego, which attracted significant interest and positive feedback from attendees. About LNK01001

LNK01001 is an effective and selective oral JAK1 inhibitor that demonstrates high JAK1 selectivity, targeting disease targets and pathways to improve inflammatory responses. LNK01001 has completed three Phase II clinical trials in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and atopic dermatitis (AD).

To date, LNK01001 has been administered to over 800 subjects worldwide, including approximately 100 subjects in a Phase I clinical trial conducted in Australia and over 600 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and atopic dermatitis in China. All three completed Phase II clinical studies successfully achieved their respective primary and secondary clinical endpoints. LNK01001 has demonstrated excellent overall safety, with no major cardiovascular adverse events, thrombosis, severe infections, or malignant tumor formations observed, showing the best potential among similar drugs in its class.

Lingke Pharmaceuticals will initiate several Phase III clinical trial programs for LNK01001 in the near future to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of the JAK1 inhibitor, providing more comprehensive evidence for its further application in the treatment of RA, AS, and AD.
