Huitian New Material Plans to Expand Photovoltaic Organic Silicone Production Capacity by 44,000 Tons
A few days ago, Huitian New Materials announced that the company plans to invest about 36 million yuan in a new fully automatic screw production line to increase the photovoltaic single-component silicone sealant production capacity by about 44,000 tons/year. The project is expected to be completed and put into production by the end of June 2024.
According to the announcement, the China Photovoltaic Industry Association predicts that from 2023 to 2030, the average annual new domestic photovoltaic installed capacity will reach more than 90GW, and the global average annual new installed capacity will be more than 250GW.
Photovoltaic sealant is one of the important auxiliary materials in the photovoltaic industry, and the market demand is also growing. As a leading domestic photovoltaic adhesive enterprise, the company's existing photovoltaic single-component silicone sealant production capacity is approximately 140,000 tons/year.

Huitian New Materials said that in the long run, the release of new production capacity will help further optimize the company's product structure and production capacity layout, enhance the company's scale advantage, consolidate the company's industry position, and increase the company's market share and profitability.
