Shiseido Announces Acquisition of Dr. Dennis Gross
Beauty giant Shiseido announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire DDG Skincare Holdings, the owner of Dr. Dennis Gross. The brand's retail sales this year are expected to exceed $300 million.
Shiseido stated that this transaction is highly consistent with Shiseido’s goal of becoming a personal beauty and health company in 2030 and supporting people to achieve unique beauty and health throughout their lives.
The move will also help the group strengthen its core premium skin care business, which includes brands such as Shiseido and Clinique.
According to data, Dr. Dennis Gross was founded in 2002 by Dr. Gross, a professional dermatologist. With its patented technology and unique skin care concept, it has become a pioneer in the field of skin rejuvenation and has won the love of a group of consumers.
