Baling Petrochemical's annual output of 5 initial SEBS new equipment continues to increase

“The new SEBS device with an annual output of 50,000 tons has been put into production for nearly one and a half months. After system optimization, the operating load has continued to increase. Today, the single-line operating load has reached 90%-100%, with a daily output of 70-75 tons and a cumulative output of 1,280 tons."3 On the 13th, Cai Baocheng, deputy director and safety director of the SIS plant (workshop) of the Baling Petrochemical Rubber Department, counted production data and introduced the operation of the plant. "Another production line is scheduled to be charged for the polymerization process on the 16th, and the processing is expected to be completed after the 18th."

On February 1, Baling Petrochemical adopted a key Sinopec project with independent intellectual property rights, and the process flow of the SEBS industrial plant with an annual output of 50,000 tons of thermoplastic rubber was completed, and the first start-up was successful. On the one hand, the SIS device combines the 100-day safety and accident-free special action to organize job personnel to participate in operation and operation training, focus on improving and consolidating the skill operation level, avoid misoperation, and ensure the stable production of the device; on the other hand, organize technical backbones to carry out equipment transformation and process optimization , Collect and analyze production data, optimize the control links of each process, and focus on improving the operation load of the device and the output and quality of the product.

In the past month or so, the device has mobilized all employees to go deep into the site to find hidden dangers, sort out and summarize nearly 50 problems in safety, equipment, technology, civil engineering, etc., and quickly rectify the large error of initiator measurement, the automatic valve from the polymerization reactor to the hydrogenation reactor For bottlenecks such as internal leakage, splashing of glue from the agglomerated kettle, and other issues, a rectification plan is made to clarify the rectification measures, rectification period and responsible person. At the same time, they cooperated with the production room, equipment room, technical innovation center, and rubber and plastic center of the operation department to form a device operation optimization team, with device (department) leaders, technicians, and skilled masters as the main members, focusing on product deionization and particle size To start technical research on key indicators. During the Spring Festival, the optimization team members stick to their posts and "escort" the stable production of the device and the lifting of the load. Through process optimization and equipment transformation, they reduced the product yellow index from 6.0 at the beginning of the drive to the current 3.0, the product particle size has also been optimized, the product quality has been steadily improved, and users are satisfied.

At about 2 o'clock on February 2, the post-processing unit of the new device was stopped due to blockage of the gas-solid silo, cyclone separator, grinder and other equipment. Members of the operation optimization team rushed to the site overnight to check the blockage, analyze the cause of the problem, and invited the equipment manufacturer's technicians to attend the consultation, and quickly put forward a rectification plan. After 2 days of technical transformation, the hidden danger of equipment blockage was successfully eliminated and the continuous and stable production of the production line was ensured.
