Cadello Company's 10,000 Tons/Year Inorganic Pigment Project Is About to Be Put into Production!
Cadello's new factory in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province is scheduled to be officially put into use in May 2024. The new projects under construction in the factory include 10,000 tons of inorganic pigments and 30,000 tons of glaze projects. Currently, the construction of the factory is in full swing. The factory covers a total area of 30,000 square meters. The main building is divided into 3 modern factory buildings and 1 office building.
It is reported that the products of this project cover special pigments for inkjet printing, high-temperature pigments for coatings, etc. Among them, related products in the field of coating applications include: copper chrome black, iron chrome black, titanium nickel yellow, cobalt blue, cobalt green, etc. It is a modern comprehensive production base integrating green production, technological research and development, and comprehensive office energy warehousing. At the same time, the new factory has also added a high-performance environmentally friendly inorganic pigment workshop, which adopts a liquid phase synthesis process. The products have the advantages of high purity, fine particle size, and strong tinting power. They can perfectly replace imported products.
In addition to being used in traditional fields such as coatings, plastics, inks and enamels, it can also be used in new fields such as electronic materials and catalysts.
