Sirona Biochem Establishes Cosmetics Subsidiary Sirona Laboratories
Recently, Sirona Biochem announced the formation of Sirona Laboratories, a new company dedicated to realizing the commercial potential of its breakthrough anti-aging skin care ingredient GlycoProteMim. Extraordinary results from clinical trials of GlycoProteMim active ingredients led the company to make the strategic decision to establish Sirona Laboratories, which will redefine its trajectory in the skin care industry.
Howard Verrico, CEO and founder of Sirona Biochem, expressed his enthusiasm for this important milestone, saying that Sirona Laboratories was established not only to shape the future of the company, but also to revolutionize the global anti-aging skin care market.
Sirona Biochem Chief Financial Officer Christopher Hopton CPA believes this strategic decision is consistent with the company's commitment to shareholder value, innovation and market leadership. By establishing Sirona Laboratories, GlycoProteMim will not only maximize its commercial potential, but also ensure sustained growth and value creation for their shareholders.
Dr. Geraldine Deliencourt-Godefroy, chief scientific officer of Sirona Biochem, said, "The company's clinically proven science, coupled with ample commercial opportunities, puts Sirona Laboratories at the forefront of skin care innovation. We are eager to use our expertise to take GlycoProteMim to new heights while also setting a new benchmark for anti-aging treatments. "
To support this ambitious plan, the company said it has identified a team of experienced industry experts who will play a key role in steering Sirona Laboratories towards success.
The company is actively engaging with private equity funds and working with industry experts to develop Sirona Laboratories' product pipeline and business strategy. The company intends to provide the majority of funding for the project through private financial partnerships, while leveraging its parent company's intellectual property.
Sirona Biochem aims to propel the European-based subsidiary and its active ingredients into a new era of global recognition.
