Syngenta launches EQUENTO® Extreme in Australia

Recently, Syngenta has launched EQUENTO® Extreme and SALTRO® Duo, two new seed treatments, in Australia, designed to help growers provide maximum protection during the critical early stages of canola growth.

The active ingredients of EQUENTO® Extreme are Thiamethoxam and Isocycloseram. With the synergistic effect of the dual mode of action, Equento ® EXTREME not only achieves rapid and efficient control of a variety of early-stage harmful pests, but also has an effective duration of 3-5 weeks. In addition, no targeted resistance has been found to develop with this product.

SALTRO® Duo is a fungicide seed treatment for the control of black shank disease in seedlings. EQUENTO® Extreme has good compatibility with other seed treatments and is highly compatible with SALTRO® Duo to provide comprehensive seedling black shank, damping off  and phytophthora control for oilseed rape. 

EQUENTO® Extreme and SALTRO® Duo will be available for sale this growing season.
