Evonik's Ancamine 2844 sets new standards in protective coating curing

Evonik has added Ancamine 2844, a new epoxy curing hardener designed for multi-component spray applications, to its curing agent portfolio.

This new highly functional aliphatic amine curing agent sets a new benchmark in marine and protective coating applications with its ultra-fast cure performance and rapid performance development in challenging low temperature and high humidity conditions.

Ancamine 2844's ultra-fast drying speed allows operation at temperatures as low as 5°C, making it ideal for winter coatings and cryogenic applications.
