NAOS and Haut.AI to launch Skin Observer globally in 2024

ECHEMI 2024-04-08

NAOS, the French founding company behind pioneering eco-bioskincare brands BIODERMA, Etat Pur and Institut Esthederm, has launched its innovative digital tool Skin Observer in partnership with Haut.AI, a leader in AI applications for skincare and skin aging. The collaboration combines cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology with deep expertise in skin ecobiology.

Developed in partnership with dermatologists, NAOS Skin Observer provides fast, accurate skin analysis to recommend a customized care regimen for individual skin types. The system adapts daily routines based on user preferences and dynamic skin needs, providing step-by-step guidance for a seamless skin care experience.

NAOS' philosophy, embodied across its multiple global skin care brands, is focused on promoting skin health through a deep understanding of skin, prioritizing balance and harmony within the skin's natural ecosystem. Haut.AI contributes extensive expertise in AI-driven skincare, utilizing advanced algorithms based on over 150 data points for comprehensive clinical-grade skin analysis. The partnership was born out of a shared commitment to continued innovation in beauty technology, resulting in Skin Observer.

"At NAOS, we focus on skin health rather than cosmetic appearance. Our unique eco-biological approach treats skin as a dynamic ecosystem, addressing the root causes of imbalances and promoting skin function. This partnership is an important milestone in our mission to provide digital innovations that empower people to better understand and care for their skin. With the technological power of Haut.AI, we’re ready to redefine skincare, making it more personalized and effective than ever”, said Mikael Coste, Chief Digital Officer at NAOS.

Anastasia Georgievskaya, CEO of Haut.AI said: “The NAOS philosophy aligns closely with our vision at Haut.AI to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to skin care and skin aging. “Grounded by an understanding of skin as a dynamic ecosystem, we leverage artificial intelligence algorithms based on world-class skin science and aging biomarker research to deliver highly effective, personalized skin care routines tailored to individual needs. "

Skin Observer will launch first in Latin America, with global expansion planned in 2024. It will be rolled out across NAOS and its brand platforms including BIODERMA, Etat Pur and Institut Esthederm, providing consumers around the world with instant skin analysis, personalized service skincare routines, product recommendations and advice.
