Megalabs acquires majority stake in DS Laboratories
Megalabs has acquired a majority stake in DS Laboratories, further enhancing Megalabs’ position in the global dermatology market and in the United States.
DS Labs will benefit from Megalabs’ distribution network and operational expertise, accelerating the development and delivery of new treatments around the world.
"Our mission has always been to improve patient outcomes through the science of dermatology. Joining Megalabs allows us to expand our reach and impact," said Fernando Tamez, Director of DS Labs.
