Atlas Copco acquires Czech engineering company Mont-Tech
Mont-Tech Ltd. (Mont-Tech), a Czech engineering company providing custom engineering solutions for assembly automation, has become part of the Atlas Copco Group.
The company is headquartered in Brno, Czech Republic, and has 27 employees. In 2023, Mont-Techs revenues amounted to EUR 3.5 million.
"With this acquisition, we will further strengthen our capabilities and expertise in assembly automation and better serve our customers in the region and geographic area," said Henrik Elmin, president of the Industrial Technique business area.
The purchase price was not disclosed. The Mont-Tech business has become part of the Automotive Industry Tools and Assembly Systems division within the Industrial Technique business area.
