HUDDLED ACQUIRES SUBSURANCE BEAUTY SELLER BOOP BEAUTY
Circular economy specialist Huddled has acquired Boop Beauty, a seller of surplus beauty and cosmetics founded by former L’Oréal lawyer Yasmine Amr.
London-listed Huddled will acquire 75% of Boop Beauty for an “appropriate amount”.
The acquisition is in line with Huddled’s strategy to expand its presence in e-commerce while addressing the problem of excess inventory in the beauty industry. The additional working capital will enable Boop Beauty to expand its inventory and strengthen customer acquisition efforts, leading to significant growth.
